Leadi privacy notice
This notice covers data processing in the Leadi client acquisition service. The controller's details, how to exercise your data subject rights and your right to lodge a complaint (with the Hungarian National Authority for Data Protection and Freedom of Information, NAIH) are set out in adverr's Privacy Policy, and they also apply to Leadi.
1. Data of registered users
Using Leadi (the free credits and unlocking addresses) requires a user account, which is shared with Campaign Detective. For registered users we keep their email address, company name, credit balance and credit log, the list of unlocked addresses, and, when credits are purchased, the customer ID received from the payment provider and the data needed for invoicing. We act as controller for this data; the legal basis is the performance of a contract, and for invoicing, a legal obligation. You can delete your account yourself on the Leadi login page, or request deletion at info@adverr.hu: we then permanently delete the profile, the credit balance and the credit log, and the list of unlocked addresses (the account is shared with Campaign Detective, so its data is deleted too).
2. Data of people who appear in Leadi's results
For companies and their decision-makers, Leadi works exclusively from publicly available sources: the companies' own websites, public company data and company registers, trade publications and announcements, internet search, and a service that searches for publicly available company email addresses (Hunter). From these, we store the decision-maker's name, job title, company and company email address as the result of the analysis. The full name and address are only visible to the registered user who unlocks them with credits. When the user uses this data for outreach, the user is the controller and we act as a processor providing a tool (see Section 6 of the Leadi terms of use).
If you do not want your name and company email address to appear in Leadi's results, write to info@adverr.hu: we will remove you from the results and will not display you in new analyses either. This does not mean that the data cannot be found in other public sources or in other services. If a Leadi user contacted you, please also tell them that you object, because they are responsible for the outreach.
3. Service providers we use
- Vercel Inc.: hosting, running the service.
- Upstash: Leadi's database (analyses, credit balance, unlocked addresses).
- Google (Gemini): search, analysis and preparing the draft emails.
- Hunter (hunter.io): uses the decision-maker's name and the company's domain to search for a publicly available company email address; we only accept verified addresses.
- Stripe (Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd.): payment processing for credit purchases; we do not see or store card details.
4. Retention period
- Leadi analyses and results (the decision-makers' names, job titles and company email addresses): 12 months from the last time the analysis was opened, after which we delete them automatically.
- The Leadi user account, the credit balance and the unlocked addresses: for as long as the account exists; when the account is deleted, we delete them permanently.
- Billing data for credit purchases: 8 years, as required by accounting law.
